Next Steps Program
This multi-week in-school program takes the fun, creative, and individualized approach of Social Creativity clubs and applies it to topics like self-advocacy, workplace readiness, career planning, and post-secondary options. This class satisfies requirements as a “Pre-ETS” (pre-employment transition services) program for transition-aged students, ages 14-22.
Work Right Program
Work–purposeful and useful activity– is a fundamental right for all people, including autistic people and neurodivergent individuals. With appropriate support and preparation, the ‘right kind’ of work contributes meaningfully to one’s maturity, confidence, and sense of purpose.
WorkRight endeavors to help neurodivergent individuals connect with their work values and strengths while having positive, foundational work experiences, and cultivating advocacy and soft skills to promote successful long-term employment.
Adulting 101 Program
This program offers a series of courses for adults ages 17+ promoting success in the workplace and in the community, including vocational adjustment training topics like career exploration, work readiness, financial literacy, post-secondary options, disability disclosure, and public transportation. This class provides adults and transition-age youth with a deep dive into these critical topics for independent living and workforce readiness.
